Quickly At Your Service
We will take your vehicle to a Jaguar Authorized Retailer. If your vehicle still can't be repaired quickly, we organize and pay for your onward travel. And if you're more than 80 kilometres from home, we'll pay for your hotel accommodation and alternative transportation.*

Our Operations Center is staffed by experienced professionals. And it's open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For assistance, call 1-800-4-JAGUAR (800-452-4827).
When you call, we'll ask you for:
- Your name
- Your location
- Your registration number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- A brief description of the incident
- A contact telephone number
If your Jaguar has been involved in an accident, we'll also ask you to describe the damage and tell us the details of anyone else involved.
